challenge 24




















Taken from our room at the historic Seelbach in downtown Louisville, this shot interested me from the start because of its inclusion of hard and soft, light and dark. I hope to go back there someday and take more shots of the interior, as it is truly a grand hotel.

Challenge 24 submissions are due by midnight, Monday June 27th.

    Hmm now that is challenging! But thats what I need. Just got my Richard Schmid book Alla Prima in the mail today. Maybe his wisdom will bring my painting around.

    I have had grandchildren ever since you posted this! I am so excited for the darlings (two and four) and their parents to leave tomorrow to attempt this! Has no one else tried yet?
